KATO Introduces the All-New 110R Rotating Crawler Carrier

KATO Compact Excavator Sales is proud to announce the launch of the all-new KATO 110R Rotating Crawler Carrier, engineered to bring unmatched efficiency, stability, and versatility to jobsites across North America. This next-generation carrier builds on KATO’s proven legacy of simple, strong, and reliable machines—delivering a powerful upgrade for contractors, utilities, municipalities, and rental houses seeking top-tier performance.
Designed around a full 360° rotating upper structure, the 110R allows operators to dump in any direction without repositioning the machine. This reduces ground disturbance, speeds up cycle times, and dramatically improves productivity on tight or challenging terrain.
Compact yet powerful, the 110R features a footprint of 18.3 ft (L) × 8.8 ft (W) × 8.9 ft (H) and 24.4 inches of ground clearance, offering exceptional stability and off-road capability. Built with a steel dump bed, the machine delivers an 11-ton payload capacity (24,250 lbs) and up to 8 cubic yards of heaped material, making it ideal for demanding haul-and-dump environments.
The newly designed operator station elevates comfort and control with a 10.1-inch integrated monitor, large footwell, improved sightlines, and standard right-side and rear-view cameras. The result: a safer, more intuitive operator experience that reduces fatigue and boosts overall productivity.
Powering the 110R is a Cummins B6.7 engine producing 256 horsepower, enabling travel speeds up to 7.3 mph and dependable performance in rugged conditions.
